Internet safety

It is important to us that we teach the children to keep themselves safe online as well as having procedures in place to safeguard them in school.  Our procedures are covered by the following:

• Children develop own class ICT charters each year
• ICT policy
• Parental permission sought for use of photographs on website and other media
• All pupils taught how to keep themselves safe through ICT curriculum
• E-safety day held on a yearly basis
• E-safety parent meeting
• Web filtering in place through Hampshire provider
