Temporary 1-1 Learning Support Assistant for the Autumn Term
15 Hours per week from 14th September - 31st December 2020
We are seeking to appoint a special person who is enthusiastic, hardworking, caring and dedicated, to join us to work one to one with a child with particular educational needs.
You will need to be flexible, adaptable, resourceful and patient as the role will be varied and demanding, but also very rewarding.
Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills along with a commitment to work as part of a team are essential. Whilst previous experience would be an advantage, we are looking for a person who is able to build good relationships with children. You will be need to positively manage the child’s individual needs and help them access learning.
You will need to be flexible as the job will also include relief cover for lunchtimes.
