Behaviour and anti-bullying

We operate a clear behaviour policy which is based on clear rewards and consequences.  Systems and reporting is followed by all members of staff including lunchtime.  There are systems of reporting and monitoring behaviour which are followed by all staff. 

In addition to our PSHE curriculum, we run a Friendship week (anti-bullying). Children understand how to keep themselves safe.  This is monitored by governors and senior leadership team on a regular basis.

Our behaviour log is monitored by our safeguarding governor, including bullying and verbal and aggressive incidents.
