Behaviour and anti-bullying

We operate a clear behaviour policy which is based on clear rewards and consequences.  Systems and reporting is followed by all members of staff including lunchtime.  There are systems of reporting and monitoring behaviour which are followed by all staff. 

In addition to our PSHE curriculum (SCARF), we run a Friendship week (anti-bullying). Children learn and understand how to keep themselves safe, both in real life and online. This is monitored by governors and senior leadership team on a regular basis.

Our behaviour log is monitored by our safeguarding governor, including bullying, verbal and aggressive incidents and Prejudicial Language and Behaviour.
