Health and safety

A key part of safeguarding is ensuring that the site is a safe place for children to learn and grow.  The following procedures are in place:

• Regular risk assessments
• Regular fire evacuation drills and lock-down drill
• Clearly labelled exits
• Fire marshals trained
• Secure site perimeter
• Risk assessments carried out and updated
• Risk assessments for pupils with specific needs
• Regular checks completed by Caretaker and appointed governor
