What our parents say

These are just some of the comments we received from parents, following a survey in May 2024.

• CFI is a wonderful school, we are sad that we will be saying goodbye when our daughter finishes yr 2 soon. Fantastic teachers, teaching assistants and admin staff all lead by an amazing headteacher.
• I enjoy the newsletters and knowing what’s happening in the school and year R
• You feel you can ask anything and it’s no a trouble
• We have been really pleased with the overall curriculum and support of all staff.  There is a good breadth of curriculum.
• There are so many things we love about the school, all the teachers are so warm, friendly and approachable. We really couldn't dream of a better school for our children.
• The school care so much for the children and their well being.
• Excellent friendships are encouraged.
• The school is eco-friendly and they encourage children on this topic.
• The children are happy.

Parents were asked to give 3 stars and a wish and commented as follows:

• Happy and safe environment for children. Staff and teachers are supportive and helpful. School focuses on wider development and overall performance
• Friendly teacher greetings each morning, Mrs Strong’s presence at drop off and pick up, Invitations for parents to come into school for various events.
• The year R teachers are lovely and very warm to both the children and parents. The office staff are very helpful. Mrs Strong is always around at drop off and pick up so easy to speak to her if needed.
• The personal approach. The teachers work ethic. The perfect balance of play/work/clubs
• Family atmosphere , positivity and caring
• One common comment was there was too much information in the newsletter - we have now tried to slimline this to include the most necessary information.
