The School Day

Doors open at 8.40am; doors then close at 8:50am

10.30-10.45am mid morning break

12.15-1.15pm lunch time

3.15pm end of school day

This equates to 32.5 hours spent in school.

The school office is open from 8.30am to 4pm. 

The children can come into school from 8.40am. Year R and Year 1 children enter via their external classroom doors and Year 2 via the pupil door near the hall. The teachers greet the children and receive any messages from parents/carers at the door. Children are then greeted by teaching assistant in the classroom where they begin their morning jobs.

Any children arriving after 8:50am must be reported to the main office and are recorded as late. All external classroom doors are shut at 8:50am.

Children who arrive after 9.10am are recorded with an unauthorised absence.
