Climate Unity Art Project 2022

This year we are very excited to once again be taking part in a project alongside forty other schools in Hampshire.

For this project, we will be capturing and sharing our schools' voice and those of the wider community thinking about Climate Unity.

We will be producing two pieces of art work, one will be displayed in Southampton Art Gallery and the other will be an outdoor sculpture to be displayed at Hiltingbury Lakes.

Both pieces of art will be comprised of circular work, symbolic of the planet and ideas about eternity and inclusion. We will be using the technique of weaving in both pieces which will echo the 'spider', the master of weaving.

We are excited about being a part of this project which is about embedding ideas about climate change, eternity, protection and inclusion.
